Rooms have been set aside at the brand new Embassy Suites Valley Forge.  Below is some information from the hotel:

 

The Embassy Suites Valley Forge is a full service, all-suite hotel located conveniently to the Waynesborough Country Club.  All suites feature a private bedroom with one king size bed, full size sleep sofa in the living room, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and wet bar.  Guests receive a daily complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast buffet, Complimentary evening reception and complimentary internet.  Guests will also enjoy the indoor pool, fitness center with separate weight room, EBar, the Hotel’s new lounge, and the Grill at Chesterbrook. 

 

Breakfast is served from 7-10:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.  The evening reception is from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Individual Reservations:

It is the understanding of the Hotel that each individual guest will make their own reservations by calling 1-800-Embassy (1-800 362-2779) by 05/07/10. Guests must identify themselves as members of the Gavin/Pretz Wedding.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or accompanied by a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. 

The rooms are $139.00 per night, for two adults.  There is a $20 surcharge for a third adult (remember the sleeper sofa!)

Check in is at 3pm, and check out is at noon.

A shuttle will be available from the hotel to the reception.  Please let Elizabeth or David know if you would like to take advantage of the shuttle, so that arrangements can be made.
